Handyman

Well its official...he takes after his Dad. I am amazed at the stuff that this kid can take apart and put back together. He will literally sit forever trying to figure things out. Here are some pictures of him helping to fix the computer (which they did) and the wrapper of a Babybel cheese. Jovi LOVES cheese and figured out in no time how to open those wrappers. He is so proud of himself!

 

Ostrich Festival and car washes

So we try to go to the annual ostrich festival in Chandler. It is so fun and has so many fun things to do. They even have concerts at night which usually are pretty fun. This was Jovi's first year and he had so much fun, we will have to continue this tradition. As you can see from the pictures, Jovi is not a fan of me taking his picture, hopefully one day he will grow to love it. Anyway, afterwards Jovi and Brian decided to wash our cars, I am pretty sure Jovi had way more fun than Brian did ;)

 

My child

So Jovi has an obsession with dvd's. So every day he pulls them off the rack, takes them out of their cases and puts them "in" the dvd player. Which means every day I clean up the dvd pile and go on a little scavenger hunt finding all the discs. Yes...I know the easy and smart thing to do would be to find a new location for the dvd's. Well, until that happens this is what I look forward to all day every day. I love that kid...

 

 

 

While the cats away..

The mice will play. So Brian does not start his job out here in Arizona until March 1st so Jovi and I are out here in hot Arizona killing time. So we eat a lot of popsicles and homemade pizza!

 

We Have Moved........

AGAIN!!! Man I cant believe I am actually writing this post. But, alas it is true. We have returned to the Grand Canyon State. Here is to new beginnings and happy ever afters! We will miss you California and all the friends and family that you hold. It was never meant to be but I hope we can still be friends..... ;)

Cornado Island

We took a trip down to Cornado Island for my niece Ashlynd's soccer tournament. It was also a good excuse to get away for the day and do some tourist stuff! Our first stop was to the USS Midway which was so fun to see, even Jovi loved seeing all the airplanes and being on a large ship. Then we drove out to Coronado Island for lunch and the soccer games. We hit the pool afterward followed by dinner on the way home. We were all exhausted but had a total blast!

Our New Year's was VERY low key. As you can see from the pictures I was in my sweats. But after a crazy Holiday driving all over the place, it was sooo nice to just relax just the 2 of us!
